Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Your welcoming smile will be the first thing our patients see!
- Answer phones and schedule appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups on no shows/cancellations
- Verify demographics at check-in and collect all missing data
- Regularly monitor office email/voicemail
- Maintain an inviting, clean waiting area
- Verify insurance benefits and have a basic understanding of dental insurance plans (PPO)
- Import and scan documents
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
