Duties for Front Desk Agent: includes but not limited to check in/check out guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, laundry, setting wake-up calls, taking care of guests needs any other projects or duties assigned by manager.
Skills/ Requirements for Front Desk Agent:
- Excellent customer service & outgoing personality
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Ability to problem solve & multi-task
- Must have basic computer knowledge
