Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources, Accounting and Administrative team, assisting with various tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in HR software systems, and demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR, Accounting, and Administrative Department, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding and Off boarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee training. Assist with off boarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits programs, enrollments, and changes. Coordinate with benefits providers and assist with benefits administration tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input HR-related data into the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports as needed. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with HR, Accounting, and Administration Projects
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources department.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software preferably Paycom.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is preferred.

- This position typically works in an office environment.
- Regular working hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
