Genexus International, based in Gardena, CA, oversees the marketing and expansion efforts of six clothing/fashion brands.
Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day website customer service responsibilities relating to website orders which includes:
● Navigating various e-commerce platforms and working closely with the marketing and order fulfillment team to ensure customer satisfaction
● Responding to customer calls, emails and voicemails regarding orders, returns, and shipment tracking
● Responding to customer comment on social media platform.
● Supporting web sales by assisting online customers with website navigation and order placement as needed
● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process
● Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support
● Assisting in creating policies and procedures
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications
● Excellent communication
● Proficient writing, grammar and editing skills
● Familiarity with ecommerce website management tools
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing potential issues. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
