A Residential Youth Worker serves as a role model and provides essential supervision and structure has the responsibility of providing essential supervision, structure, and helping to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents in their care.

Job Responsibilities Summary:
Responsible for working with the assigned team in the provision of direct daily care to the residents of Boys Ranch and to provide for the health, safety and well-being of each child in their care. Builds and maintains healthy, positive relationships with each resident and team member and responsible for providing care driven by the Model of Leadership and Service. Liaisons with and facilitates campus programs for residents (i.e. recreation, vocational education/work simulation and related programs) in a cooperative and effective manner.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Experience in childcare is preferred.
- Computer knowledge is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-oriented skills.
- Must reside on campus in housing provided.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. A commercial driver’s license is preferred.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
