The Opportunity
As a Mayvenn Street Team Member, you’ll be proactively reaching out to potential customers within Walmart to promote and educate them about our stores. As the initial face of the Mayvenn brand, you’ll have the opportunity to put your passion for beauty on full display while ensuring our customers are aware of our store presence.
We are currently hiring for the following locations in the Dallas Market:
- Montfort Store: 15220 Montfort Rd. Dallas, TX 75248
What You’ll Do
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner
- Is responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere
- Spread brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques
- Distribute posters, stickers, and flyers throughout our Walmart store and/or communities
- Convince consumers to visit the Montfort and Dunvale location
- Offer exclusive giveaways, promotions, or trials of a company’s product
- Work both on and off-site events (i.e. special events, demo days, partner appearances, festivals, etc.)
- Responsible for installation set-up, operation, and breakdown of all interactive elements of at scheduled events
- Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication and proactive interactions with guest
- Assist with other tasks on an as-needed basis
- Maintain constant working knowledge of the Mayvenn brand, product and policies & procedures

- Have previous hair knowledge and/or training
- Have beauty industry experience
- Are bilingual (Spanish speaker preferred)
- Have “Street Team” marketing experience
