Guest Services Specialist
Hill Country Premier Lodging, a vacation rental management company, located in Wimberley, Texas, is looking for high energy individuals to join our Guest Services team. The perfect candidate has a positive attitude and is passionate about helping guests create the perfect travel experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with Guests via phone, email, and text messaging to assist them with their reservations before, during, and after their stay.
- Check voicemails, emails, text messages and respond quickly and appropriately.
- Utilize a lead management system to capture and follow-up on sales leads
- Interact with and coordinate with HCPL team members and outside vendors to ensure property maintenance is addressed in a timely manner
- Interact with guests and home owners in a professional manner
- Partner with other members of the HCPL team to ensure a flawless execution of the guest experience.

- Must be positive minded and have a desire to help people!
- Be empathetic and able to see all sides of a situation when conflicts arise
- Be a great communicator! Love to talk to people whether verbally or in written form.
- Be a Team player and comfortable working with other members of the Reservation/Guest Services team to provide outstanding experiences for guests and owners.
- Be a quick study! We use lots of technology and you have to be comfortable learning and using new technology – reservation systems, CRM, different booking platforms, etc.
- Be flexible to work variable work schedules to ensure outstanding service to customers. Most weekends will be required.
- Be energized and on-time for each scheduled shift.
- Perform directed tasks with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure or in high-stress situations
- Be decisive and able to resolve situations in a professional manner.
- Have a High School diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a Customer Facing support position preferred.
