```Duties```
This is for a slow pharmacy that will only be open part time. Either a few hours daily, or a few days a week. It is open for discussion.
- Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide patient-centered care and counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies
- Perform medication therapy management and review patient profiles for appropriate medication use
- Conduct patient consultations for medication adherence and disease management
- Provide education to patients on proper medication administration techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Qualifications```
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including utilization management
- Proficient in pain management, pcp, geriatrics, behavioral health, and physiology knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
