Administrative Assistant for Law Firm
Administrative Assistant for small, busy Santa Rosa Estate Planning and Elder Law firm is seeking an experienced, administrative assistant to join our team. Position is 40 hours a week.
Primary job duties include answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, filing cases, maintaining calendars, typing correspondence, document scanning, conducting client intakes, drafting wills and other estate planning documents, proof-reading, and, running credit card transactions.
We are seeking a professional, well-organized, multi-tasking, team player with a strong work ethic, and excellent time management, as well as, superior oral and written communication skills with at least two years experience in legal office environment.
Candidate should have experience using Microsoft Office. Experience with HotDocs and Time Matters a plus.
