Summary:
Job Title: Systems Analyst
Classification & Type: Exempt, FTE
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually
Reports to: Daniel Rossiter
Objective:
The Kingsview Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization by running and coordinating day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office. This position will successfully perform varied IT and administrative duties and requires an IT background with a strong aptitude for technology, including experience with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Entra, and the ability to quickly adapt to in-house software.
Essential Functions:
- Work directly with IT staff members, third party vendors and Kingsview employees to complete assigned projects by the agreed due dates.
- Input company documents and keep databases up to date.
- Document and record project details and assignments.
- Provide constant communication (ie: updates/status reports) of projects and assignments.
- Respond to advisor or client inquiries on technical questions via phone, email, chat, or ticket.
- Perform IT support duties, as needed.
- Reviews and signs material, as authorized.
- Perform a variety of industry-specific tasks, as needed.

- Accuracy: Perform work tasks with high attention to detail, with the ability to reliably ensure complete accuracy of data and documents.
Required Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of IT Helpdesk experience
- 2+ years of experience in a busy office (serving in the financial services, medical or legal industry) preferred.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 3 years of Helpdesk experience
- 1+ years of general IT experience
- 1 year of Systems Analyst experience or related field
- Associate or bachelor’s college degree in Computer Science or related degree
- Industry knowledge of wealth management.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Indoor, office setting with essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. Possibility of physical effort/lifting to 50 pounds.
