Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Assist with procedures such as suturing and wound care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health record systems
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
