SUMMARY
The Concierge is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and acts as the information center and key resource to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Functions as the main resource center to all callers and guests
Ensures accurate visitor check in through the visitor check in process
Produces visitor reporting as needed Initiates Codes as per safety guidelines
Receives and provides direction to visitors while ensuring customer satisfaction
Proactive, approachable and solution focused
Keep updated on all MorseLife processes, procedures, and company announcements
Receive mail on weekends, sort, and notify Social Worker on call
Performs clerical duties and provides assistance on projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
