Job Overview:
We are seeking an Employee Health Manager to oversee and promote the well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health programs, managing relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring a healthy work environment.
Duties:
- Develop and manage employee health programs to promote physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with HR to address employee health concerns and provide support
- Conduct assessments to identify health needs and risks within the workforce
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver quality care to employees
- Implement strategies for injury prevention and health promotion
- Manage budgets related to employee health initiatives
- Supervise staff involved in health-related programs
- Oversee program development and evaluation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Master's Degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in employee health or occupational health settings
- Strong background in budgeting and administrative tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship management with employees and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of behavioral health issues and working with people with developmental disabilities
