Overview:
We are a growing Solar / Electrical company with teams across California , looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer and communication Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Calling customers and AHJ
- Assist with scheduling teams
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in scheduling is a plus
- Previous experience in a Electrical or Solar company
- Familiarity with customer support practices and phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
