Matrix Solution Group seeks a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fulfill the role of a remote scheduling coordinator/ customer service representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, experienced scheduler and customer service professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (via phone, email, text). You must be comfortable working with a varied group of stakeholders and learning the ins-and-outs of a new industry along the way. You’ll be collaborating with customers to find the product that best fits their needs and coordinating shipping of products by working directly with transportation companies.
This position manages orders from start to finish, utilizing a CRM and other tracking systems (spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure a smooth operation of the sales process every time.
Must be able to keep track of multiple orders simultaneously via descriptive notes and entries into our CRM, updating calendars and appointments, and following up in a timely manner to execute each order with efficiency.
Self management and motivation is necessary for success in this position.
