Position Summary:
ASMG is a rapidly growing vertically integrating pavement preservation company committed to delivering high-quality services and products to our clients. The receptionist at our headquarters is the initial point of contact to visitors, vendors, and employees You will assist in various administrative tasks that support our office operations. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling for meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication within the office.

Essential Functions:
Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to both internal and external customers.
- Answering phone, greeting people entering the office in courteous manner.
- Manage package shipments, deliveries and daily mail.
- Help maintain a professional appearance to common areas throughout the office.
- Performing closing task and back up for opening tasks for the office.
- Un/Locking Doors/Setting ON/OFF Security alarms
- Prepping conference rooms for next day
- Office Music ON/OFF
- Support Accounts Payable by processing checks for mailing.
- Keep supply closets and lunch rooms stocked
- Filing out inventory logs so orders can be placed
- Help with coordinating, set up, pick up and clean up of lunches for meetings and office events with office manager.
- Provide back-up coverage as needed for Office Manager.
- Communicating/meeting with contractors
- Maintaining/Updating office inventory sheet.
- Regular and reliable attendance, consistently working scheduled shifts. Occasional extended hours when business needs dictate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, some relevant course work preferred. Highly motivated with proven ability to manage multiple projects with little supervision. Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
