We are currently hiring for an Administrative Clerk ONSITE in Libertyville, IL. This role is onsite, temporary for 6 months, 20 hours per week. First Shift from 9am – 1pm for 5 days a week
What will you do as a PT Administrative Assistant?
- Filing & Scanning
- Greeting visitors
- Answering, screening, and transferring calls
- Assist departments with creating service orders, processing incoming mail, and data entry
- Communicating with Field Staff
Who qualifies for the PT Administrative Assistant position?
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of Administrative experience
- Great attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency
What hours will the PT Administrative Assistant work?
Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week First Shift from 9am – 1pm for 5 days a week

$20.22/hr based on experience
