Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to play a vital role in our sales process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This remote position requires individuals who are comfortable working primarily on the phone and in front of a computer.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM system to facilitate targeted follow-ups and track sales progress, including follow-ups through emails, texts, and video messaging.
Warm Calling: Conduct warm calls to potential clients who have expressed interest or have been referred, engaging them with informative and supportive communication.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our real estate agents with qualified leads, ensuring an efficient process that maximizes conversion rates.
Personalized Communication: Utilize email, text, and video messaging to follow up with leads and nurture relationships. Craft messages that resonate with client interests and needs.
Google Calendar Management: Organize and maintain agent calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurately scheduled and no double-booking occurs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, company listings, and real estate industry practices to provide accurate and valuable information to leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales agents and other ISAs to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and an aligned strategy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite preferred.
Passion for real estate and willingness to learn.
Must be based in the United States, preferably local to Cincinnati.
