Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the designated region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to regional teams
- Lead and support project management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Regional Director or similar position
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successful implementation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proven track record in business development and achieving growth targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
