We are a well-established, property management company located in La Mesa. We handle both residential and commercial properties located throughout San Diego County. We have a fresh, collaborative working environment and are seeking a motivated individual with previous cash handling/accounting experience to join our team long term. Propertyware or Apfolio experience a plus, but not mandatory. No management or sales experience required.
Essential responsibilities include:
●A/R: processing rent checks, management fees and commissions
●A/P: processing vendor, utility and tax payments as well as owner transfers
●Running accounting reports and statements including month and year end
●Project work
●Maintaining strict confidentiality of all facts of accounts and client/tenant records
Essential position requirements include:
●A positive attitude and energetic disposition
●Relevant previous experience
●Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
●Knowledge of and experience with general office systems and procedures
●Proficient computer skills, (i.e. Excel, Windows, Microsoft Word)
●Ability to take direction and multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
●Ability to work independently as well as within a team
●Honest, ethical, reliable
●Have own vehicle
This is a full-time position with opportunities to earn overtime.
$18.00-$22.00 based upon experience.
