Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry practices
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in night audit procedures is beneficial
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
