Duties:
Load, run, and unload dish machine.
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems.
Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
Set up or break down the dishwashing area.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
