Job description
The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the general operation of the property and perform all related administrative functions under the direction of the Property Manager.
- Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
- Assist in property inspections in order to assure adherence to established standards.
- Ensure compliance with all government, state and local regulations such as the Federal Fair Housing Act.
- Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- A minimum of two years with multi-family property management.
- Working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws, make ready/renovations.
- Computerized property management software experience required.
- Responsible for leasing apartments, and as an initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project and demonstrate the value and quality of our product and service
