Maintenance—Manufacturing Equipment and Systems
Job Responsibilities:
1. Repair manufacturing equipment such as Lasers, Presses, Power Brakes, Welders, Paint Line, etc.
2. Repair building systems—plumbing, electrical, etc.
3. Provide preventive maintenance for all equipment and systems.
4. Requisition all needed maintenance supplies.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5-7 years’ experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
2. At least 3 years’ experience in hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment maintenance
3. Experience with both old and new types of manufacturing equipment.
4. Able to read hydraulic circuits, and electrical and electronic control circuits and ladder logic diagrams, including PLC’s. Understands standard symbols use in hydraulics and electrical circuits.
5. Able to trouble-shoot and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems.
6. MIG welding ability and experience.
7. Must be an energetic, self-starter who seeks more to do, and works well without constant supervision.
8. Must have knowledge of OSHA rules & regulations and be safety conscious.
9. Must be well-organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
