The IT Coordinator will maintain WingIts® hardware, software, and computer/telecommunications networks to ensure our IT systems are secure, consistent, and reliable. Work directly with our IT managed service providers to resolve technical issues and serve as in-house technical expert for all IT tools and concepts including EDI and critical software operating systems (QuickBooks, SalesForce, MS Office Suite, Website, Fishbowl, etc.).

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and inventory all technological equipment.
Manage all software licensing.
Configure PCs, phones, and other devices as needed for new hires.
Perform routine troubleshooting, diagnostics, and internet speed tests as needed.
Help provision remote network access for users using VPN techniques and two-factor authentication.
Monitor, maintain, and upgrade critical software operating systems (Fishbowl, QuickBooks, SalesForce, MS Office Suite,Website etc.).
Monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, email and file server,hardware, software, and peripherals with the support of our IT managed service providers.
Help maintain firewall ports to regulate network communication with outside servers.
Make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, andservice provision to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, systems administration, databases/data storage systems,and phone systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Operating Systems.
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.
Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical personnel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
At least 2 years IT experience.
Experience with performance management, network administration, and system security preferred.
Experience with ERP and CRM software and technologies preferred.
