Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper records
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with front desk duties when required
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in office administration tasks
