Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- This is an in office position and not remote.
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Developing recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants
- Maintaining all employee files, assuring all necessary documentation is maintained and managed appropriately.
- Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process
- Developing and improving recruiting processes from the ground up
- Working with the Leadership to understand the Business needs
- Meeting established hiring goals and maintain compliance
- Working with our key CRM to effectively communicate and improve upon recruiting processes
- Managing the candidate experience and create positive relationships
- Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans
- Drawing insights from analytics to make processes more efficient
- Interacting and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education
- Preparing employment offers and extend offer to candidates
- Managing all onboarding processes, including documentation, drug screenings, and background screening
- Conduct New Hire orientation
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Health Insurance Industry knowledge/experience is preferred but not required
