Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
