Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our grocery store team. The Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, data entry, inventory control, and supporting market activities for our family owned local boutique market.
Duties:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control and stock management
- Support market-related activities and data collection
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Perform basic math calculations for retail transactions
- Provide administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Microsoft word, History in grocery retail preferred
- Proficiency in retail math concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory control processes
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Basic math skills for calculations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
