Overview:
The scheduler position is a key role in our organization. They work with the other schedulers as a team to block and tackle all incoming order requests for closings, client and notary communication, document review, signed document scan review and fedex/ups tracking. The schedulers are delivering excellent customer service to our clients at all times. Their ability to hire the right notary closer for the job is paramount to our client retention. Lastly, their incredibly high standards for perfectly executed documents help our clients eliminate delays in funding and recording their real estate transactions.
Duties:
- Communicating with our clients via email and phone calls
- Communicating with 1099 notary contractors via phone, text and email
- Vetting and hiring 1099 notary contractors for hundreds of closings each month
- Reviewing unsigned documents uploaded by our clients for any missing critical documents
- Reviewing signed documents provided by the 1099 notaries for errors
- Communicating any corrections needed to the notary before approving same day drops at fedex/ups
- Tracking fedex/ups packages 3 times a day to ensure on-time document delivery for our clients
Qualifications:

- Skilled multi-tasker
- Notary or Real Estate background preferred, but not necessary
- Laptop with wifi
