Position Summary: The Food and Beverage (F&B) Director at Embassy Suites, Panama City Beach, Florida, plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hotel's food and beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with the brand standards and guest expectations.

Lead and supervise a team of F&B professionals, including restaurant managers, chefs, servers, bartenders, and other staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Ensure efficient and effective operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, by monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus, incorporating local flavors, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends, while also considering dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control processes to optimize food and beverage profitability, minimize waste, and maintain budgetary targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
