Finance Admin Assistant
Minimum Required Availability:
Monday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9 am-5 pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Create and update new customer finance leads
Review and process applications
Prepare reports for Supervisor (accepted, denied, and leads to follow up with)
Continued learning of the finance providers currently using and their rates etc.
Filing paperwork for applicants
Identify and address account discrepancies with the supervisor
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training
Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent computer skills required & able to learn systems quickly- use of PC, MS Word, MS Excel, and the Internet.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Needs to be organized and detail-oriented
Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet the deadline and find solutions
High School Diploma or equivalent

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN RETURN
Wage Range: $12-$15/ hr. Plus Commission
