We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, managing reservations, and responding to inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. We are converting our hotel to Hilton brand and previous Hilton franchise experience will be plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Process check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments.
- Help out manager with any other duties
- Help out with Breakfast set up and wind up
- Work on Laundry and clean up as needed
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
