We are looking for talented sales people who can provide an outstanding customer experience! We offer a competitive hourly wage plus monthly commissions.

Responsibilities:
- Provides a total wireless sales solution to our customers. This includes selling the value of Boost Mobile devices, accessories and service plans.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the commission schedule.
- Deliver an outstanding in-store customer service experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Boost Mobile brand.
- Generate sales to meet and exceed company expectations.
- Handle customer situations and make smart decisions that benefit the business.
- Accurately set up new customer accounts, so customers are ready to use their new devices and plans as soon as they leave the store.
- Opens and closes retail stores according to policy and procedure within a satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Conduct daily follow-up calls to existing customers - (mandatory 20 calls daily).
- Help market, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
- Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
- Must stay current on all promotions.
- Good verbal, math, and writing skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (GED) or higher.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service background.
- Possess great communication skills.
- Flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
- Reliable and dependable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Provide 3 professional references

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
