Our team is looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to dispatch and coordinate calls for the service department and perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Customer Service, Dispatch Board Management, Technician Coordination, Billing, and Misc. Office Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatching: Receive and process customer service requests and assign them to technicians accurately.
2. Communication: Provide updates and continued correspondence with customers throughout the service call process.
3. Billing: Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner across the Service Department and the Compliance Department.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Create all service tickets and assign appropriately.
2. Manage the Dispatch board effectively.
3. Communicate with all customers throughout the service call process.
4. Bill all Service and Compliance tickets, after receiving approval if needed; having posted parts and all line items correctly.
5. Assist in training Administrative Assistant.
6. Schedule for technician’s training and vehicle maintenance.
7. Ensure all reports are being maintained properly by the Administrative Assistant.
8. Create estimates in the Estimating Module for customers.
9. Responsible for opening and closing the branch as needed.

1. Timely and efficient dispatching.

3. Billing quickly and accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
