We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Notary Public to join our team. As a Notary Public, you will be responsible for performing notarial acts, including verifying the authenticity of signatures and administering oaths. This is an important role that requires strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Verify the identity of individuals signing documents
- Witness the signing of legal documents
- Administer oaths and affirmations
- Ensure that all necessary documents are properly executed
- Maintain accurate records of notarial acts performed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and transcribing information accurately
-Strong people skills (More importantly, enjoys working with diverse sets of people and situations)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document filing and order entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to keep up with modern-day notarial laws and rules
