What We’re Searching for:
Experienced Customer Service Representative who will deliver excellent service and build relationships through each interaction with our customers. Strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills will lead you to success in this role.
How You Will Contribute:

Responsible for receiving, entering, and verifying orders, assisting external and internal customers, and maintaining positive working relationships.

Ability to meet daily deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and delivery to our warehouse teams
-
Liaison between the Lincolnton plant and the customer.

Responsible for receiving, entering, and verifying orders and maintaining positive working relationships
-
Setup/enter Customer Item Specifics into Amtech system.

Build Product Structures for Customers in Amtech system.

Ability to meet deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and delivery Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
-
Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints; provide timely follow-up

Quickly and effectively resolve customer or production issues maintaining clear communication with customers on status and resolution
-
Maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships.

Assist all departments in the successful completion of customer orders

Some assistance in the Accounting department.
What it takes:
-
Prior work experience with Amtech is a plus
-
High School diploma and 2+ years of college or customer service-related work experience with fortune 500 companies
-
Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and ability to operate with customers’ best interests in mind

Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions

Have strong attention to detail and be highly organized

Ability to simplify and solve simple to complex issues with focus on root cause and quick solution development

Demonstrate collaboration and teaming skills across functions to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
