**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and possess exceptional organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings
- Conduct clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing meeting minutes
- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Perform proofreading and editing tasks to maintain accuracy in documents
- Utilize Xero for basic financial record-keeping
- Proficient in managing Outlook Calendar and MS Office applications
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Xero for financial tasks is a plus
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling meetings effectively
