HM Tindell LLC is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our in-house maintenance team to service Tindell & Co's portfolio of single-family and multi-family homes, a leader in Portland property management services! SUMMARY
-Maintains buildings by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, construction, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities as required.
-Ensures that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
-Initiates, performs, and oversees maintenance projects up to a property's budget. Property Manager approval is required for anything in excess of this dollar amount.
-Performs turnovers on vacant units/homes to include all actions necessary to make the property rent-ready for the following tenant.
-May perform other inspections when directed or required.
-Purchases tools and equipment (subject to supervisor approval).
-Prepares and completes maintenance requests, work orders, and invoices appropriately.
-Performs regular preventative maintenance.
-Promptly notifies the Property Managers of safety-related issues and lease agreement violations.
-Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients while scheduling and performing duties.

-A Valid Driver License Required
-Reliable Transportation (as our properties are spread from Hillsboro to Sandy, Oregon)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-1-3 years related experience and/or training
