Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose physical challenges in pediatric clients
- Develop individualized and effective treatment plans
- Conduct in-home therapy sessions to address developmental and motor delays
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Stay informed about best practices in pediatric physical therapy
- Provide services primarily in the client's home environment
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Current California Physical Therapy license
- Comfortable administering therapy in-home
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
