Administrative Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, file management, and possess strong computer literacy skills. This position will be working in Microsoft Excel 70-85% of the day.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an Excel-based document control system
- Creation of Excel spreadsheet using functions such as: pivot tables, creating formulas, V-lookup, and charting tables
- Customized reporting features to monitor document review dates, pending actions, and compliance status
- Implement features for data validation, conditional formatting, and controlled access to prevent unauthorized changes
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and typing documents
- Utilize computer skills to handle data entry and maintain electronic records
- Answer and manage phone systems efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in clerical work and running reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
