General Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Support: Craft and execute personalized behavior strategies to facilitate positive change. Use evidence-based techniques to improve communication and functional life skills.
- Skill Development: Design programs to enhance social, cognitive, emotional, and physical skills using structured methods and adaptive techniques.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze behavioral data to refine strategies and track progress.
- Collaborative Care: Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and consistent strategy implementation.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to crises using approved de-escalation techniques, ensuring safety for all.
- Education and Training: Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on behavior management, promoting a holistic understanding of developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience, especially with developmental disabilities, preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Certifications: Clean criminal history and valid driver’s license; additional training/certification may be required depending on the role.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
