Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for building a well-trained team which is passionate about safety, quality, efficiency, and company success.
· Utilize PLEX and mobile scanners to accurately maintain inventory and complete orders.
· Knowledge and implementation of SQF, GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP, and other food process sanitation requirements.
· Meet or exceed company expectations for production performance to maximize sales.
· Coordinate daily shipments for and delivery utilizing Appointment Plus software.
· Establish and coordinate schedules with carrier.
· Ensure products are received in properly, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is tagged and stored away.
· Maintain records of inventory at offsite storage warehouse
· Creates and maintains daily Rec Lib inventory reporting.
· Completes documentation such as trailer inspection, bills of lading, receiving logs and receiving orders using PLEX.
· Efficiently stack and store the product in the appropriate areas.
· Working on cold dock or in freezer storing incoming freezer storage raw ingredients
· Daily, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
· Assist when needed with cycle counts, salvage, and waste removal.
· Maintain receiving, staging and space allocations daily: make sure all inventory is put away orderly, labeled and note proper locations and correct discrepancies and records keeping.
· Trained 100% to cover over vacation for Receiving Lead.
· Must be able to work unsupervised and be skilled at driving a forklift.
· Properly utilize labor resources to improve efficiency, minimize labor expense and reduce waste.
· Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
· Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
· Ensure proper location scanning of all products in the freezer to maximize efficiency, ensure proper control of inventory and eliminate inventory adjustments.
· Move product to storage locations.
· Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
· Move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, electric pallet jacks, or other power equipment.
· Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
· Provide outstanding customer service to our partners.
· Ensure inbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report and quantity or quality variances to Receiving Lead.
· Ensure the efficient stacking and storage of all products in the appropriate areas to prevent damage, ensure proper location and enable FIFO selection of products for production.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Must be willing to work weekends when needed
· Basic mathematical skills
*This position is responsible for ensuring that food safety is not compromised while meeting the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing and are responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Physical and Safety Requirements:
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and all other food safety requirements
· Complies with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) requirements
· Reports any food safety problems or potentially unsafe practices/conditions to lead or supervisor
· Constant walking and standing on hard concrete service
· Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, lifting and climbing
· Position will require working in very hot and cold conditions
· Other conditions include flour dust, wet floors, occasional smoke and fumes if product burns

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
