Job Description:
This job is responsible for working in a process concerning operational exceptions for both domestic and international consumers, commercial and wholesale bank businesses, or services functions as an individual contributor. Key responsibilities include reporting, reviewing and processing transactions, and performing other support operations functions as required. Job expectations include ensuring quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners, external customers, or clients.
Responsibilities:

Contributes to overall success of an operations team as an individual contributor

Handles operational activities and queries for either single or multiple Lines of Business across the enterprise
