- MS/MA and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Candidates working toward a BCBA with oversight will also be considered
- Plan, develop, and monitor behavior support plans and treatment goals to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
- Consult and teach support staff and management teams with ongoing training in line with Positive Behavior Supports and proactive strategies
- Work with an office space and provide on-site program visits frequently, giving observations and feedback
- Be visible and available to work with and develop direct support staff in understanding behavior interventions
- Attend team meetings and coordinate with outside agencies, day programs, medical professionals, support coordinators, and families as needed
- Create and maintain data collection and analysis
- Maintain and oversee ethical, professional, and person-centered standards
- High creativity and interpersonal skills
- Focus on developing positive relationships and holistic approaches
- Ability to travel to various locations across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
