Job Overview: The Fire Suppression Team leader be responsible for installing fire suppression systems and running jobs for new commercial projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install & service commercial fire suppression systems
- Lead a team and grow the commercial fire suppression division
- Adhere to company safety policy and procedure.
- Communicate with team effectively about needs and progress.
- Ensure positive customer experience.
- Must have strong work ethic.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Fire Suppression installation experience
- Strong leadership & management skills
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Direct sprinkler experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, proactively and in a team environment
- Ability to carry out tasks in an efficient manner with minimal direction
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
